Our program teaches concrete skills. But also, along the way, learners tend to make some pretty important discoveries about themselves, about social structures, and about the nature of meaning in life. All in all, there are five discoveries that usually happen in the course, and eight skills.
Here, I’ve broken them up into four assessments. As you work through the textbook or course, you’ll hopefully pass each assessment in turn. We’ll interview to verify that you’ve had the discovery and learned the skill.
Note: Some students have made some discoveries prior to taking the course! In this case, you can “test out” of the relevant assessment.
